I offer ADHD and executive function coaching for adults and young adults, serving clients across the Greater Vancouver area and beyond. All sessions are virtual, so you can connect from wherever you are. You don’t need ADHD to work with me, just a desire for change.

Step 3 1-on-1 Personalized Coaching: Choose Your Package

Coaching works best when sessions are held consistently — usually every week or two — to keep focus and momentum going. Each session builds on the last, giving you space to practice strategies, notice progress, and adjust as you go. The goal is lasting change — building tools and confidence that help you thrive long after coaching ends.

Coaching packages require a completed Compass Session before starting. Prices are as listed + GST (in Canada).

Frequently Asked Questions - Coaching

No, not at all. I am a Certified Life Coach with specialized training to support those living with ADHD and/or executive function challenges. While some of my clients have known about their ADHD since childhood and are looking for strategies to handle it now as an older youth or adult; others are either newly diagnosed, suspect they may have ADHD or can simply relate to some of the symptoms and find they are ready for change in their day-to-day life. Wherever you’re at, I’ll meet you there and we’ll move forward together to where you want to be.

You can expect to be heard and understood. You come with the topic or issue you’d like to discuss; we clarify what you want to leave with (i.e. ways to reduce your ADHD symptoms and overwhelm, clarity on an issue swirling in your head, action steps to accomplish a task or project, strategies to change behaviour or habits, etc.). I will ask a series of questions to help you gain clarity around yourself or the issue at hand, and support you in creating your own personalized solutions. You know yourself and your life better than anyone. It’s not for me to tell you what to do. I will, however, share proven strategies and tools if you’d like to hear them. At the end of your session, we’ll clarify the next steps, consider any barriers that may get in your way and support needed to carry out your plan. When appropriate, there may be questionnaires to complete (only if you want to). These will help us determine things like your executive function strengths and challenges, core values, learning style and much more. All are used to support your personal growth and they help inform the strategies and solutions that will work best for you.

Although totally understandable why you might feel you should cancel (I get it, I’ve been there!), it’s actually a strong reason not to. ADHD is all about knowing what to do and not being able to do it. That’s what’s so frustrating about it. Whether you have ADHD or not, coaching is often about finding what works for you to do “that thing”. Sometimes, particularly if we’re trying to break long term habits, it can take more than one attempt. If the strategy you came up with previously didn’t quite do the trick, we can use what didn’t work to fine tune the plan and figure out what will work going forward.

They are similar in that both focus on self exploration, discovery and growth. Counselling tends to focus more on the past; helping people understand, resolve, and heal emotional pain and trauma. While life coaching is more future oriented. The two compliment each other extremely well.

An ADHD life coach helps those with ADHD and/or executive function challenges leverage their strengths to manage their weaker points. It is a collaborative, supportive, goal-oriented process where we work together to identify your goals and what’s getting in your way, then implement new skills, systems and strategies that will support you in your daily life to making lasting change and ultimately, tap into your true potential.

I currently offer a variety of 1-on-1 coaching packages with varying durations and pricing to suit different needs. Group coaching and accountability groups are to follow. Subscribe to emails below to be one of the first to know when they launch.

I know what it’s like to need support and not be able to afford it. That’s why it’s important to me to find ways to make coaching more accessible.

If the standard rate is a barrier to accessing coaching, I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots.

Reach out — let’s talk about what’s possible.

How it works:
Sliding-scale pricing is a trust-based system meant to make coaching accessible while maintaining fairness and sustainability.  If you are able to pay full price, you help make this accessibility possible for others.
